Shipping:
You will be responsible for covering any return shipping costs. We will not accept any returns if no authorized RMA request is listed on the package or if the shipment is not prepaid delivery. We will provide you an (Return Merchandise Authorization) RMA Number for your return once we have received your request by email. Your RMA request must include your order number and a reason for the return. All returns must be in the original shipping packaging in order to qualify for a product Refund. All Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund and may including damages or missing packaging.

Returns:
Thank you for shopping with EasyWineRack. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from your order date to make a return.
To be eligible for a return, an (Return Merchandise Authorization) RMA Number is required. Damaged or missing items/packagin and shipping costs maybe deducted from your refund.
Refunds:
You will receive a refund to your original payment method within [3] working days of us receiving your returned item(s). Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable.Any damaged or missing items maybe deducted from your refund. Applicable taxes will be refunded based on the balance of the product refund.
